Table and Kitchen Linens, Drapery Tie Backs Please contact us to initiate a return within 30 days of receipt of your order (Jan 5th 2026 for Kitchen Linens and Gift Sets) to begin the return process. Orders have free shipping, however, the cost of return shipping which will charged to the customer. Pillow Covers  are handmade to order and therefore are not returnable. There is a 24 cancellation period in which you may cancel or change your order. After 24 hours we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation since your order will have begun the production process. Please contact us immediately with any questions or concerns. Pillow fabric samples are available prior to placing a custom order and are highly recommended. Samples are not returnable.  Pillow Inserts that have not been used may be returned if we are contacted with 5 days of receipt of merchandise. There is a 25% restocking fee and customer is responsible for shipping inserts back to Swan Court Limited within one week of return approval. If you have questions about which size insert to order for your Swan Court Limited pillow covers, please contact hello@swancourtlimited.com or refer to our pillow insert sizing chart at the bottom of the insert listing.

 Wallpaper and Fabric is shipped directly from the manufacturer and is non-returnable. Samples are available prior to placing a product order and are highly recommended. Samples are not returnable. They are a tool to assist you with selecting and planing your interior design projects. The same dye lot may not be available when placing re-orders for additional wallpaper or fabric, so be sure to order a sufficient amount for your project!
